It was perfectly allright and the location was better than we thought as it was very close to a MTR station. I would have appreciated a more stable Wifi but a part from that everything was great! |

Great location. Appreciated the room upgrade. Extra towel was automatically provided on the following day of our arrival. Stayed 5nights in X'mas week. 2 areas for improvement 1.The lack of heater in the room makes the stay less comfortable. 2.Housekeeping-. Mirror not given a thorough wipe (previous occupant left wordings on the mirror obvious when fogged up and the wordings remained there throughout our stay). |

Hotel is near the MTR, forex, grocery and restaurants. the bed is a little too small. I have a small child in the bed with me and it did not make for a comfortable sleep. |

Efficient of housekeeping in attending to our requests, concierge provided very helpful info with regards to our inquiry, was very ready to render assistance to get cab, Karen at front desk was very patient in explaining the billing process for our booking, The doors of all the rooms would slam shut when going in and out of the rooms and the noise this was rather annoying in the middle of the night |

Great Location. It's really a convenient location for families with children and for travellers who use the public transport system. The k6 service providea direct transfer from the Kowloon mtr and the hotel. We could get to the great eateries, shopping centres and Ladies Market on foot. |

The location is good, with MTR and cafe just round the corner. Mongkok shopping area and food street is within walking distance. Hotel staff are efficient and helpful. Will stay there again. |

Great. Room was clean and bathroom was like new, sparkling clean. I had the room (7th floor) with one double bed and was a snuck fit for the 4 of us with my wife and my two small kids, but good enough. Hot water shower and long bath was good. MTR, 7-elevan store just outside and Yosinoya and Burger King outlet round the corner. What's not to like, the Airport Shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. |
