cleaning and quietly the light in the room is too dark, there is not enough water to drink, and it places the card "free water to drink" but i haven't got any drink, just only the first and the last days |

Due to our flight schedule, we arrived in the hotel to check-in at 0700 hrs. We were allowed early check-in without any additional charges which was excellent as it did not add on to the stress of moving around the city until check-in time of 1400 hrs. It was an excellent customer service extended to us by the Front Desk Officer which you normally do not see if you are in a 5 star hotel. Some of the frontliners did not communicate English which is sometimes frustrating. |

Close proximity to places I needed to go. Rooms and bathroom are very small and I had an upgraded room. |

Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable rates, excellent location: a short walk from WanChai MTR station, on the tram route and on the #15 bus route to the Peak, a good selection of local and European restaurants nearby. Internet - by cable, not WiFi - was fast but rather expensive. |

Location -accessible for walking and taking the tram/buses The staff were quite unhelpful the weekend staff's English was poor. I asked reception how i could go to Victoria Peak or take a city tour she pointed down the road told me to take the Metro to Central station - that was it she should have told me just to get on the tram and it would stop where necessary or go to a travel agent!!! |
