Its position is excellent and great value for money for Hong Kong. The evening buffet is recommended. The exterior is undergoing renovation. I do hope this is followed up with renovation of the interior which is faded and tired. |

the room was big and clean with a lovely view, very good location, good breakfast buffet, nice swimming pool. We think after they have finished the renovation it will be a very good place to stay. the noise of the construction work from 9am to 6pm including saturday, sauna and steambath were worn out and partly not functioning and we couldn't enter the pool from the sauna because of the construction, it was freezing cold because of the excessive use of the ac, especially at the breakfast room, no smoking rooms available, the south wing was worn out (eg carpets, wallpapers) |

because of rennovations I ws upgraded to the new wing ... the rooms are very clean beds are good/firm and comfortable. All facilities in rooms and for the hotel are good. The staff are helpful |

The rooms were filthy and so was the hall. We could not find another hotel in the area so we were stuck. The staff was so nice though that we would go back if the hotel cleanliness improved. |

the free buffet I received after complaining to the head office about the renovations and rude staff. Usually the location is good but a typhoon totally ruined the beach and pavement. the rude staff (not all but a couple were very harsh) and the renovations that were taking place. |
