Very convenient for shopping, good gym facilities, staff very polite and efficient Internet could be a bit cheaper and it would be good to have wireless access in rooms |

Rooms are huge in comparison with other HK accomodations. The hotel was considerate and did not charge us for our first night ( flight was canceled). Even got a free upgrade to executive suit. Location is not optimal. This is the busiest and crowdest area of HK. Not all the staff speaked good english. In some rooms smoking is allowed and the smell can reach other rooms! |

The rooms were very good and beds very comfortable Drinks and meals were overpriced. The hotel was not really 5 star quality, more 4 star. |

The room was huge. I thought it was a typographical error when the site described the rooms as 350sqm. I guess I was wrong. I got lost on my way there because I thought the location map and the descriptions of the hotel's location stated that the Hotel is located on top of the Mong Kok MTR station; however, as it turned out, they were on top of the Mong Kok EAST MTR station. It wasn't far from Mong Kok station, but I was a bit disoriented when I got out of the MTR Station in Mong Kok |

Staff very professional and personable. Matter of fact they were saavy and gracious;I have not been treated so well at an establishment in a very long time. The hotel is connected to a very efficient mall and is around the corner from the metro, shopping districts within walking distance, plenty of places to eat near by. The hotel is beautiful,clean, beds soft, spa excellent,gym great! etc! |
