The transportation is quite a good convenience. There is a bus line 88F go between the hotel and the Tsing Yi MTR station. Just 5 min.away The hotel reception staff wasn't so friendly like a robot. They won't give you so much help for information. May cause of many group tour come at this hotel. The room is so small compared with the hotel in Macau. |

Price. If you just stay one night because of late arrival or early departure, this place is perfect. noise from the outside all day long. I stayed in difference rooms and found out there is no quiet room available here. |

Rooms are much too small for the price. Windows in the room have no curtains. Hotel is far from MTR, no shuttle bus. |

Very well kept, clean and quiet. The shuttle buses to the mrt stations are efficient and unexpensive. Rooms are small but ok. The hotel is far from the center but mrt brings us in hk in 15 minutes. Not recommended for shoppers. |

Cleanliness, cooperation of staff and ease of access to the main city. The room was very compact, the advertised views of the river were actually views of a shipping container terminal, the room was hot and air circulation was inadequate ("illegal" smokers fumes wafted through the air ducts), despite the advertised pool it was closed for the season (even though temperatures were still in the mid 20's and there was almost nowhere to sit. |

it was out of the city so no rush, its new hotel the receptionist would not answer the ph, internet only in loby, swimming pool and club timings are dumb 8 am to 1 and 4 - 8pm charge HK 20$. receptionist were all very rude, internet some time working some times not, no 1 to assist. 3 times i was send to wrong address since they wern't aware of right bus, train from hotel area. |
