There were no longer any extra pillows and the original pillows were overtly soft and thin. Also, on the first day, my room was a twin sharing when I specifically requested for a queen size bed. However, this was mediated by the staff members who were quick to change my room without unnecessary hassle. On one last note, the location of the hotel was very inconvenient to the city. |

The room was good value and had everything we needed. Although it was too cold to swim the pool was gigantic. Mostly we liked it for the price though. Service was slow at check in and the room was not ready at check in. It was ready within 30 minutes though. It was also pretty far from the city though not too hard to get to there via public transport. |

As long as you are not looking to be located near any restaurants, bars or shopping but close to the airport this was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff spoke english which was helpful for me. |

Rooms were clean - although tiny. Thank goodness I up-graded my room. I've seen cupboards smaller than the 18 foot rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful It was quite a way outside of Kowloon - infact, on a different island ! So, perhaps the website could have highlighted that a little clearer |

The price was excellent, only $20hkd to the mtr, the hotel is located right next to the shipping port but I was not bothered by it. Room size was tiny! However the price made up for this... The worst thing was no internet!! You had to sit in the lobby with 20 others to access the net, for this reason alone I would not stay again. |

There should be a shuttle bus to Tsin Yi station. The sensitivity of the scanner of the card is bad. |

it's so far form mtr station and its hard to get taxi or bus morning to go to the mtr and hong kong island its far away |

YES, been advertised as 4 star. But, there is no cogierge, no room service matter of fact they dont even have a restaurant, bar, snack room, mini bar, in the hotel. You need to leave the hotel to get a glass of water !! To go online you need to be in the LOBBY where there is no place to sit or work, NO coaches etc. And so on, really how can they advertise it as a 4 star with nun of these !!!! |

Although the rooms were small, they were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Internet service was very poor. The charge for in room internet service for the few rooms that had hi-speed modems was very high, considering the wide range of low cost internet providers in Hong Kong. The free wireless internet available in the common areas would not hold a connection, even at high signal levels. |
