Good price, rooms were large It was not as central as suggested. Paid internet connection was very slow and frequently did not work. Staff was not impolite but not exceptional either. |

The hotel has a spacious room; quite a value for money. The shuttle service to/from the MTR is not very reliable. |

Dont expect the kind of hospitality you will find in North Americann hotels,I've lived in several Asian countries before and I would rate the service from this hotel as good. Unfortunately internet service is not included, although the hourly rate is not that expensive. Mattress is a bit hard, but the size of the bed is appropriate. the room has a small living room. the location is not that close to the MTR station, although one can easily take a tram for HK$2 only and the trams run until midnight. |

Rooms are clean and so reasonable with considering the price but a stuff in reception is not so kind it is very sorry because other stuffs especially the man who arrange and catch the taxy is so nice. A stuff in reception. |

The hotel staff was polite and helpful, the room was well kept and cleaned daily during our 4 nights, the hotel is accessible to local retails, etc. Transport is easily available, although it is far away from the MTR There was just a little inconenvience to reach the toilet in the room as we have to squeeze ourselves between the bed and the window in order to reach the toilet which is separated by the bed and the space between the bed and the window was rather narrow. But this was compensated with the beautiful view of the peak. |
