The room was quiet. The entrance was hard to find. The signs to entering the hotel from the mtr station should be more clearly marked for new people to the city. I'm not new to this city, and I still had trouble. |

The location of the hotel. Staff could speak good english and were helpful. Furnishings not being revamped after years. It's the same compared to when i visited back in 1996. |

It was a fabulous place to stay, and there were always staff available at the desk. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very present and friendly. The cost to use the computer to check email downstairs was too high, I thought. Some hotels allow free use. |
