Excellent food, very efficient transfer, helpful staff, great bathroom design Only one complaint: the 2 restaurants and bar all played music that was a bit too loud. In particular the bar opens on to the lobby which on a Sunday evening is anything but ''Andante'' as it becomes a public thoroughfare with families wandering through after dinner. The lobby space echoes too so I suggest some soft furnishings, large plants or other features to separate the bar from it. |

I was very satisfied with my room and there are many opportunities for eat and for shopping. In my opinion the internet fee is quiet expensive for such a hotel. I lived in some others in which the room fee are much more cheaper and the internet was for free. Actually the bar is a nice place but the music could be more varied. |

Design of room was innovative and worked (mostly). View from window was spectacular. Food was poor and over-priced.Service wasn't very good - like an airport hotel. Kimberley in H.K. at < 1/2 the price was far better, but a long trip to airport. Next time we'll stay there. |

architecture, check-in within seconds, view over the sea and cable-way no hairdryer in the room, poor sign-posting in the airport for the hotel shuttle (bay 30 in terminal 2 at the time of writing) |

convenience re airport and MTR; good selection of bars/restaurants inflexible re leaving time - paid extra 1/2 day but that only alowed until 6pm whereas flight at 11pm. Unreasonable to pay full night when not using room to sleep and not using additional facilities |

Location. Very strategic location for short layover travelers with the family. 5 to 10 minutes away from Discovery Bay, by bus (Bus #DB01 - Bus station 2 to 3 min. walk from the hotel). DB is like a resort town with lots of restaurants. Very family friendly environment. MTR (metro station) is also 2 to 3 min. walk from the hotel. No convenient store to purchase miscellaneous items such as toothpaste, shaving creme, drinking water, and such... Bed size are little small for couple with two small kids (but manageable). |
